Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and II
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality preference assessment. The self-report questionnaire is designed to make Jung's theory of psychological types understandable and useful in everyday life. MBTI® results describe valuable differences between normal, healthy people differences that can be the source of much misunderstanding and miscommunication.

The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) identifies the underlying thoughts and motivations that guide an individual's behaviour. These are often referred to as personal styles, management styles and leadership styles, these represent the essence of an individual's effectiveness.
The quality of an individual's thinking and behaviour contributes greatly to that person's work performance.
